The https://alphaphantom.co.za/ website & photos and all of its content is protected and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or exploited for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Management at Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD.
Acceptance of Quotation and Terms & Conditions
Every quote provided is subject to our standard terms and conditions. By accepting the quote, making payment, or providing written instructions, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood the contents of our terms and conditions.
Once we receive a 65% deposit, our Standard Terms and Conditions will apply. All quotations are based on the information and specifications provided by the client or intermediary. No verbal confirmations or changes to details will be accepted unless they are confirmed in writing after a verbal conversation has taken place.
In the event that the information, specifications, or other relevant factors leading to a quotation are materially altered at any time, ALPHA PHANTOM CREATIONS (PTY) LTD reserves the right to include the costs and fees associated with such alterations in its interim and final invoices.
By confirming the quote, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted all the above conditions. This quotation is valid for 10 business days.
Payment Terms
Upon acceptance of any quotation, a 80% deposit is required, with the remaining 20% to be paid before the product/s are shipped. If payment is made via the FNB “SpeedeeQR” Code, a 2.00% surcharge will apply for debit cards and a 3.00% surcharge for credit cards. For any additional product/s required after accepting the quotation, a 80% deposit is also necessary. All invoices are due and payable within 3 business days upon completion of the final product/s. Confirmation of completion of the product/s will be communicated to the client. Failure to make timely payment will result in the shipment being halted until the product/s has been paid for in full.
Final payment must be made before the shipment of the product/s. Please note that all products is guaranteed except for “Rustic Specials” products and any third party product/s, and any issues that will fall under the guarantee it is strongly advised that contact be made with Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD prior to shipping the product/s back and that photos be sent to determine the cause of issue. Should the fault lie with Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD the Company will be liable for the courier fees. Should the fault be with the client the courier fees will be for the client’s account. In the event of non-payment, guarantees will not apply unless all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
No deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation or delays beyond the control of Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD.
Ownership and Payment Confirmation
All product/s manufactured or partly manufactured will remain the sole property of Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD until paid for in full. Payment of the order deposit constitutes acceptance of the offer.
Pricing and Product Information
Please note that Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD is not VAT registered, and all Advertised, Quoted & Invoiced prices exclude VAT. While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information such as images, text, pricing, availability, product descriptions, and package contents without prior notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD reserves the right to refuse and cancel any orders. If a cancelled order has already been paid for, a full refund will be issued.

“Enjoy a 10-Year Guarantee on our Solid Wood Products – Our handcrafted solid wood furniture is built to last and comes with a 10-Year guarantee, covering any craftsmanship or Solid wood issues. Please note, this guarantee excludes any third-party products or materials incorporated into the item.”

Exclusions:
Third party materials e.g. Steel products, treatments, Brackets finishes etc.
Rustic Specials.
Water Damage.
Direct Sunlight Damage.
Outdoor Wear & Tear.
Normal Wear & Tear.
Product negligence.
T’s & C’s:
The 10-year guarantee only applies to the original owner or named owner on the guarantee certificate.
ID and guarantee certificate must be presented when a claim is made.
The guarantee only applies to indoor products.
The guarantee will only be honoured after a thorough investigation of the product to determine the cause of the damages.
Courier fees to and from Alpha Phantom Creations will be for the client’s account.
If the product cannot be repaired, then only will it be replaced.
Photos of the product must first be submitted to alpha phantom creations by means of email of WhatsApp to determine the cause and extend of the damage.
Payment Options
We offer payment options via Electronic/Internet Banking Transfer (EFT) or by “Pay Just Now” or “YOCO Online Payments”. We do not accept cheques or cash as a form of payment. Our banking details will be provided on the invoice if you choose the EFT option. Prior to making payment, please confirm the availability of stock.
Bank Fees:
Customers will be charged for bank fees related to foreign deposits. This is due to excessive bank charges imposed on all such deposits. No Cash or Cheque payments will be accepted.
Third Party Products:
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD does not guarantee nor is in any way liable for the quality of any third-party product/s purchased from the company and the client will need to contact the manufacturer directly with any concerns.
Wood Selection:
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD carefully evaluate the client’s preferences, design specifications, and project requirements to determine the most suitable wood type/s for the proposed work. Consider the aesthetic appeal, durability, availability, and sustainability of different wood species to ensure an optimal selection. Consider the specific application of the wood, such as indoor or outdoor use, to choose materials that possess the necessary characteristics for longevity.
Wood Treatment:
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD assess the necessity for wood treatment based on the intended use and environmental conditions the wood will be subjected to. Should the customer insist on another type of treatment the risk will be for the clients account.
Final Finish:
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD and the client will work together to determine the wood surface’s desired aesthetic and protective requirements. To achieve the desired appearance and improve the wood’s durability and longevity, evaluate various finishing methods like oiling, painting, staining, and varnishing. To create a finish that is appealing to the eye.
Client-Requested Size:
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD Accurately records the dimensions specified by the client, taking into consideration the Length, Width, Height and Thickness as final sizes from the client. A 5mm + – tolerance on all dimensions can apply to all our products except the “Rustic Specials” & “Reclaimed Wood” product’s Communicating with the client to clarify any size-related concerns or potential modifications, guaranteeing the final product/s meets customer expectations.
Product Preparation
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our quotations, we are not liable for any errors or omissions that may occur. We advise you to carefully review the quotation to ensure its accuracy. Any changes to the quote must be made in writing, as no verbal changes will be accepted. Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD will not be held responsible for any errors resulting from verbal communication.
Crafting
A lead time of approximately 14 – 30 working days should be allowed for the crafting of standard items. Special requests or colours may require a longer lead time, as advised by Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD. However, please note that there are times when unforeseen events beyond our control, such as power failures, load shedding, strikes, material shortage etc., may affect the lead time. In such cases, Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD shall not be held liable for any consequential loss, damage, or delay to the customer.

Photos are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product/s. Different lighting and editing styles may be used for photo enhancement.
Wood and Natural Products:
Commission Pieces:
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD is happy to work on custom or unusual designs or sizing for items other than our standard offerings. However, Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD reserves the right to interpret any design that is not specifically outlined in the design or product material. Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD will have creative freedom in such instances. On the off chance that you have explicit prerequisites, giving itemized and explicit plan elements is critical. Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD will acknowledge no liability should the client not be content with the result of the artistic freedom.
Access and Sizing:
The client must ensure suitable access to their property or desired room for the delivery of the product/s, as items cannot be returned due to access reasons. When specifying sizes, it is assumed that the dimensions are final sizes, unless otherwise specified. If, for example, you specify the length of a product, the specified length will be the final size. Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD reserves the right to cancel an order at their discretion before items are sent, with a full refund provided in such circumstances.
Wood Stains & Finishes:
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD takes great care to ensure a good stain finish on our products. Most products are finished by Airgun, Hand, or Paintbrush, unless otherwise stated, which may result in visible signs of the manual process, such as brush marks and other blemishes. Please be aware that colour variations on any wood type may occur when staining your product.
Wood Products:
Wood is a natural material that responds to its environment expanding and contracting. These changes may occasionally be noticeable in the physical appearance of the product. Small movements and cracks may occur as the product adjusts to its environmental changes, which is a natural occurrence within the fibres of wood and not a fault. Avoid placing the product/s near heat sources and protect it from direct sunlight. Proper treatment and maintenance are also advised to ensure the longevity of the product.
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD is not in the business of perfection.
We are unable to offer a refund or replacement for items that have imperfections that are deemed acceptable by the company.
Rustic Range Wood Products:
Rustic Range wood product/s have no guarantees on them and cannot be sent back for replacement or repair work. Adequate photos will be sent to the customer upon interest of the product. The Rustic Range products are just that, Rustic.
While we strive to ensure the suitability and quality of our timber products, it is impossible to eliminate all the risks associated with our Rustic Range wood products. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any issues that arise from the use of this material, despite taking all reasonable steps to ensure its suitability.
In cases where the wood requires it, a suitable wood filler will be used. This means you may find areas of wood filler on your Rustic Range wood product/s.
Rustic Range wood products has a price reduction compared to our normal pricing and may be products that has not reach our normal required quality standard and thus added to this category.
Reclaimed Wood Products:
Reclaimed wood products have no guarantees on them and cannot be sent back for replacement or repair work. Adequate photos will be sent to the customer upon interest of the product.
Reclaimed wood products come with character and flaws that may not suit everyone. Gaps may appear or fluctuate depending on the atmosphere and humidity of your home. This is not a fault but a natural reaction of the wood to its environment, expanding and contracting with varying moisture and heat levels over time.
Reclaimed wood is a natural product and may exhibit aged characteristics, including but not limited to colour variation, nail holes, saw marks, dents/scratches, insect holes, staining, etc. The dimensions of reclaimed wood may not be the same as brand-new wood, resulting in slight variations in the finished product.
The appearance of reclaimed wood can vary from plank to plank. The Photos and samples provided are intended to demonstrate the general style and quality of the products.
In cases where usable reclaimed wood requires it, a suitable wood filler will be used. This means you may find areas of wood filler on your reclaimed wood product.
While efforts are made to protect and seal the wood on our products, wood will continue to move and adapt to the environment. Minimizing this movement can be achieved by keeping the products in a stable environment with consistent temperature and moisture levels.
Our reclaimed wood comes from various sources. As a result, there may be foreign objects both metallic and non-metallic, inside the wood. While we strive to ensure the suitability and quality of our timber products, it is impossible to eliminate all the risks associated with using reclaimed wood. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any issues that arise from the use of this material, despite taking all reasonable steps to ensure its suitability.

Delivery:
Goods delivered with protection will be considered to be in good condition. The risk associated with the goods sold and delivered by Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD to the client passes to the client upon delivery. Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD will not be responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or injuries to existing property or personnel once the goods are delivered.

Delivery Charges:
The price of products advertised on the online store does not include additional delivery charges unless stated otherwise. During the quotation process, applicable delivery charges will be presented to you, primarily for major centre deliveries. Deliveries to outlying areas, plots, hospitals, universities, shopping centres, and other non-residential properties may incur additional delivery charges. Delivery charges are subject to change, and Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD reserves the right to provide a revised quote for delivery. In the event of a change in delivery costs, you will have the choice to either pay the difference or cancel your order, with a full refund provided.
Undeliverable Packages:
In some cases, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable. If this occurs, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange for re-shipment. However, any additional charges incurred in such cases will be the responsibility of the client.
Return of Unwanted Goods & Refund:
Unwanted goods can be returned for a full refund given that the customer has made the necessary contact with Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD within 7 days once the product/s has been received. The product/s must be returned within 10 Business days of receiving your product/s, provided that all returned goods are unopened & undamaged in their original packaging and contain all the original contents. Please note that a 15% handling fee will apply to all unwanted goods where the packaging has been opened and or damaged. Delivery fees will not be refunded, and the cost of returning the goods to Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD will be the responsibility of the client. All refunds will be processed within 15 business days once the product/s has been returned to Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD.
Return Policy Criteria:
Product/s purchased from Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD can only be returned for a full refund for one of the following reasons.
- Direct Marketing cooling-off period, Client may return the product/s within 7 days after receiving the product/s.
- Goods do not meet the specified purpose/s as set out by the customer. Must be returned within 10 business days from date of received.
- The product/s has been damaged during the transport phase from Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD to the customer’s requested address.
A thorough investigation will be initiated into every return request to determine the eligibility of the request. Any and all damages, alterations or modifications made by the customer to the product/s will void any and all return & refund policy. The Product/s has to be returned in its original form. Upon the return of the product/s it is the customer’s responsibility to have it adequately package as to not get damaged during transport.
Exclusions:
Specific exclusions will be outlined in the quote details, and any works, goods, or agreements not specified or confirmed in writing will fall under these exclusions. Verbal agreements will not be accepted unless they are put in writing and agreed upon by all parties.
Ownership of Goods:
The ownership of goods remains with Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD until they are paid for in full. If goods are not paid for in full and/or shipped, Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD reserves the right to re-sell the product/s 2 months after the execution of an order.
Special Requests:
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD reserves the sole right to Accept or Deny any special requests made by the client.
Solid Wood Products:
Buying a solid wood product/s has its advantages and disadvantages. Solid wood provides a natural look, and each piece is unique. However, solid wood can have variations in finish, minor seasoned splitting, knots, and natural staining. It is important to understand that solid wood is not an engineered product, and imperfections are inherent in natural wood. We cannot compensate or replace items that have manufacturer-acceptable imperfections.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Alpha Phantom Creations (PTY) LTD reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at our discretion. In the event of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to seek any and all remedies available, whether by law or in equity.
